This is the last of my summer outfit post because, since landing back in Landan Town, it’s been all check woollen jackets, Dr Martens and oversized knits. But before I began to think about hibernating for winter I managed to pick a few bits up in my local charity shop. There’s something great about going on holiday almost in October and that is that you can guarantee you’ll be able to pick up a few bits in the summer sale. Often charity shops also have a little summer sale which usually makes for a fair few bargains. I found this dress hidden amongst the half-price rail at my local charity shop. Originally £5, it rang through the till at the summer sale price of £2.25. Although it was in the summer sale, and I abso-bloomin’-lutely loved wearing it in the evenings in Greece (always accessorised with a Pina Colada), I’m also looking forward to wearing it on those grey winter days with thick tights, boots, a leather jacket and a whole lot of dark red lipstick.
