It’s almost a given that I will buy anything in a second-hand shop if it ticks the following boxes. Slouchy. Effortless. And finally, that important ‘can be worn both on a cold winters night indoors whilst eating all the food and dressed up a little for a summers day’ box. After seeing that this jumper dress ticked all the necessary boxes, I was sold. The belt was also a bargain – I would go as far to say it’s my best bargain of 2016 which is a big ol’ statement. It’s a beautiful colour, it’s leather and it has a whole bunch of studs. It’s the type of belt which would cost £25 in a high-street shop but it rang through the till at £1 at my local Cancer Research shop. Having worn it in both outfit post since I picked it up, I have a feeling it’s going to become one of my most worn!
If you have picked up any charity shop purchases from your local Cancer Research shop be sure to share them on Twitter/Instagram using the hashtag #CRUKfinds as I would love to see them – I’m a little nosy like that y’see.
