With fancy socks being all the rage at the moment, I seriously want any sock made up of fishnet, glitter and/or bright colours. Since I usually avoid areas saturated with shops (since hanging around such a location does little for my bank balance) I dug out an old pair of fishnet tights I haven’t worn for a fair while and cut the feet ends off so I could get in on this sassy sock action.
The skirt was another purchase from mine and Louise’s trip East (London) to visit a few independent charity shops. With google maps on hand we navigated our way round Bethnal Green until we almost bumped into a sign for Ayoka which informed us we had ‘reached our favourite charity shops’ so naturally we hurriedly shuffled in and started rummaging through the rails. This skirt caught my eye almost instantly and it looked lie one of those items a love – the ‘throw on ‘n’ go’ kind of one. It’s for winter with a big old jumper and boots but equally as easy for this short (but bloomin’ extreme) heat wave!
