A Charity Shop Shirt

Shirt: Oxfam, Jeans: River Island, Boots: Topshop

I have definitely spoken about my love of charity shop shirts over on this blog before (here) but I just can’t seem to get enough of them. They, in my opinion, are the easiest item of clothing to pick out in a  charity shop. If you like the colour and print then you’re pretty much set as shirts are so easy to wear fitted, oversized and everywhere in between. I found this one tucked away on a rail in my local Oxfam. Instantly drawn to the colours I picked it out and trotted off to pay. All my usual ‘this would look great in the summer/with a tan/with ripped denim shorts’ thoughts popped into my head, which was inappropriate to say the least because there was frost on the ground outside. But happily, I got home to find the shirt goes with a lot of my winter wardrobe and as well as wearing it with black jeans, pinafore dresses and skirts I have also been wearing it open over Levi’s with a pair of trainers for when all I need is a little comfort.

Have you picked out any charity shop shirts lately? If you have I would love to see them as I’m a little nosey like that!

I love this shirt! It'll definitely be great in the summer but it looks great this way too! I've picked up a lot of great finds from the charity shops recently.
