From Catwalk to Charity Shop ⌗1

Jumper & Bag: Oxfam, Skirt: Topshop, Shoes: River Island (Similar here), Tights: H&M, Hat: TK Maxx (Similar here),  Shirt: Primark

Earlier this year I fell in love with Simone Rocha’s tartan ruffle’s showcased in preparation for the Autumn/Winter of this year. Vogue called her tartan sartorial beauties ‘game-changing’ and said they merged ‘Elizabethan ruffles with modern tomboy flair’. If Vogue’s seal of approval along with that cool explanation doesn’t have you hooked on her collection – I’m not sure what will. I’m a huge fan to say the least. Anyway, I decided it was time to get in on the tartan action and the perfect opportunity arose when I stumbled across this £6 jumper in my local Oxfam. It may not contain the Elizabethan influence but it’s got a decorative zip up the sleeves and it keeps me warm so it’s a winner in my eyes. Already the price-per-wear must be down to a quid and it goes perfectly with trousers/skirts/under playsuits & dresses. Have you found any Charity Shop bargains lately?

Happy Mondays.

Love, Hannah x
