It's Merry Christmas from me...

Dress - ASOS, Rings - Topshop, Flatforms - River Island

The clothes bit..

I finally got round to posting about my Christmas dress. I wore this last night to the traditional Christmas Karaoke I do with my friends - belting out 'Torn' by Natalie Imbruglia is surprisingly therapeutic (for the singer, I'm guessing that it's not so much for the listener...) The dress is unbelievably from the ASOS sale a few weeks ago. I was reading my weekly Heat and a picture of Nicole Scherzinger popped up wearing this dress so I got straight online. With a £28 price tag I had to get my hands on it!

Topshop jewelry is also in the sale now so I have stocked up on rings - going to try and go back and stock up on necklaces, bracelets...and pretty much everything in Topshop before the price stretches beyond my limit once again.

Hope everyone has got their running shoes on for the sales tomorrow.

The Christmas bit....

Hope you have the most wonderful Christmas and get allll the presents you wished for :)

Lots of Love.

A French Connection steal..

Dress - French Connection (Outlet), Jacket - Topshop, Boots - New Look, Bag - ASOS

The clothes bit...

I recently got this French Connection dress from an Outlet store. I did a little happy dance in the changing room since it was originally £110 and was reduced to £35 - a bit of an early Xmas present for myself. Now got to get presents for everyone else....

The Gossip Girl bit...

Yup, that's right I am talking about the ol' Television box again but tonight was special. Tonight marked the end of my long-standing love affair with Gossip Girl. The finale has reminded me how much I will miss my weekly fix of designer - it is, after all, the closest I will ever get. I just love the upper East side. It's a place where no one would bat an eye-lid if Elie Saab was your choice of daytime work wear - why can't I live there?

Is anyone else going to miss Gossip Girl - or is it just me?!

A Beau Tie

Bow Tie - Beau Tie by Emmie-Rose, Jeans - Topshop, Jacket - Charity Shop, Shoes & Shirt - H&M

The Beau Tie bit...

I mentioned a few weeks ago that a friend of mine was selling bow ties on ASOS Marketplace after setting up her own company called Beau Tie - clever, eh! Here is mine. After a lot of deliberation I went with a dark blue/dark green tartan one as I thought I could wear it with everything - which is literally what I have done since it arrived on my doorstep a week ago. I love it and can't wait to get my next one. Click here to be taken to a beautiful, gooorgeous selection of bow ties - you might want to get your debit card out now...!

The Chrimbo bit...

I am getting incredibly excited for Christmas. This weekend has consisted of an over indulgence of mince pies (my cousin actually can fit 2 in her mouth at once which is my goal for next Christmas - I'll post a pic if I manage), too much prosecco and a lot of laughs. I am now mentally preparing for work tomorrow. I may have to wear a Christmas jumper each day to keep me in the mood whilst working.

Has anyone seen any good (fairly cheap) Xmas jumpers that I could justify buying for a few wears only?!

Hope you've had a looooovely, christmassy weekend.

Graffiti and Sequins

Skirt and Hat - H&M, Shoes, T-shirt (under jumper) & Coat - Topshop, Bag - ASOS, Jumper - Charity Shop

The clothes bit...

This is what I wore for a day trip to Brighton for some Xmas shopping - ended up shopping for myself but I went with good intentions. Still a few weeks until Christmas, right?! I have worn this skirt about 806 times since I bought it a month ago - it was a bargain at £29.99 and I'm sure it's still in stores if you're interested. Apologies for the scraggly hair - I have been wearing a beanie (men's) hat quite regularly and thought that if I wore a hat, I wouldn't have to brush my hair - how wrong I was! I promise to use my hairbrush from this day forward....

The Saturday night bit...

Sat in, with a hangover, on my own, watching X-Factor. Rock and Roll at its best. Every time I see Nicole Scherzinger I am convinced I need her outfit. This week she's sporting a Middlesbrough football shirt (see what I did there..) with 'NICOLE' on the back with a black skater skirt and knee high boots. Something is telling me that this isn't a combo I could pull off with ease....! She looks just Jahmazing.

Hope you've had a fantabulous weekend so far.
